Looks like an awkwardly attempted forward pass to me.
Young, while being tackled early in the game, threw the ball into the ground. Called a fumble. Reviewed, and called a pass with no intentional grounding. If Bennett's "pass" was ruled a "pass", they said it would be intentional grounding. Then there was the 30 yard intentional grounding call on Bennett, when he wasn't really in danger of being sacked. I clearly don't understand the rule any more.
