What a fabulous Brink interview. A little bit of basketball insight in there but mainly she just seems like an incredibly well adjusted, mature Stanford student.
And a nice interview with the Hulls, too. I thought it was particularly interesting that Lacie cited the all female coaching staff as a major plus to being at Stanford. I've certainly thought that as an observer for a long time, but it does not get much discussed. The NFL with 70% Black players and 0% Black owners and a tiny number of Black head coaches is now in the news; Tara has mentioned the decline in female head coaches in WBB and yet we seldom hear much about the fact that an increasing number of men are head coaches of WBB teams. Nice to know that our female coaching staff might actually be a recruiting advantage.
