Stanford men recently broke Cal's dual-meet win streak that went all the way back to 2018-19. Undefeated in conference duals this year, Stanford is now at the Pac-12 conference championships through Saturday. You can view via the Pac-12 Networks (multiple options on Sling), and finals usually start at 6PM.
This will be one of the tightest swim championships ever because there are now three top teams: Stanford, Cal, and ASU. Stanford is starting out with 131 diving points, ASU with 31, and Cal with zero. Two races this evening: Stanford won the first (200 medley relay), and it should be noted that the 50-yard butterfly split by our swimmer, Minakov, just happens to be the third fastest in history. Stanford came in second in the 800 free relay tonight while ASU was first with the fastest time in the nation this year. We are currently in the lead but ASU is top seed in some other relays, and Cal is deeper than we are. This will be an exciting meet so invite you to tune in.
