So you're OK with revoking scholarships to stay under the 85 player limit? Because with 20+/year you'd have to do that. Sorry, not interested. I think if you offer someone a scholarship, you are making a commitment (unless there are extenuating circumstances like academic performance, violations of team rules, etc.).
