Nunes was asked to make some pretty long throws in the first half, and I don't think he's ready to jump into that role yet.Â There were a lot of short/intermediate passes in the second half that steadied his ship, and I think the screen passes to Taylor really were the right call in light of what the $C defense was bringing.Â Taylor was the leading receiver, followed by both tight ends--this is what happens when you pass out of the running formations, and when you have $C's athletic secondary, it's not a bad thing.
