I am beginning to think that the most effective coaches going forward will be those who can put a new team together every single year, almost from scratch.  


I know I am weird, but the many changes to college sports of late seem custom designed to sap my interest and drive me away.

1. And I think the guy at Louisville is going to prove very adept at working the portal to his advantage.  [Didn't he have 3 prominent transfers on this year's team?].   Roster unseen, I expect Louisville to be contending for FF again next year.

2. Same.  But Stanford has a couple countervailing portal forces that few schools enjoy (national contender; elite degree).  But even with those forces, there is no guarantee that Stanford WBB won't lose some undergrads to the portal.
