I’m not completely buying this, but it’s a good reminder that the answers are not simple.

As my father-in-law used to say, that's why they have horse races. People have differences of opinion. 
While I wouldn't classify Shaw as a great play-caller, I have never thought he was as bad as his detractors on this board never tire of complaining.
