Carril retired in 1996, and I have no idea if the Tigers still run the offense, or if the women’s basketball team ever did. Evidently my joke bombed, but that’s ok, I’ll be here all week.

Lexie declares for WNBA draft
I wish her all the best.
Short discussion on TOS. Will be tough to make WNBA roster - need to find a team that puts a premium on her "Swiss Army Knife" game.
Europe will be there, though, regardless.
Indiana sure doesn’t think so. She still does have to make the roster, but you don’t use a sixth pick in the first round on someone you aren’t highly confident will make the roster. This isn’t quite “the Lopez brothers are really stiff territory”, but not one of your better takes.

That was LW on Brook having stiff hips. IIRC, I agreed that Robin could have as long an NBA career, based solely on his defensive capabilities. But in truth, I didn't think either would last as long as they have.
We'll see about Lexie. I agree at that pick she will, barring something kooky, make the roster. After that . . . we'll see.
Apparently, Indiana values Swiss Army Knives . . .
P.S. Still expect her to play in Europe (as many WNBA players do).
Lexie may have been #6 overall but was the Fever’s THIRD pick in the first round!!! Hope she sticks - we know she’ll give it her all!
I didn't realize that. The former administrator on TOS opines that it still may be tough for Lexie to make the roster.
We'll see. . .
