I do know replacing Randy Hart was no easy task.  He was terrific.

Tough to replace a guy like that but Shaw has abjectly failed, not because he hired Reynolds but because he hasn't replaced him. On paper Reynolds seemed like a good hire at the time, but the failures on DL over the last few seasons should have resulted in him being shown the door after this past season (if not sooner)
