Washington leads the all-time series 40-38-4 and is 21-8 against the Cardinal since 1977, but Stanford has dominated of late. The Cardinal have won four straight and six of the past seven, including last year’s contest at Stanford Stadium, 65-21. Stanford’s current four-game winning streak against the Huskies is its longest since winning 10 in a row from 1967-76. A win over the Huskies would give Stanford its third straight season with a 4-0 record, a feat last accomplished on The Farm from 1950-52.

Thought 1: another reminder these are the good ol' days (especially if we get that 3rd start of 4-0, a feet last seen 60 years ago)

Thought 2: my view of the Huskies has always been of them dominating us, which they largely have during my lifetime (21-2 prior to the last 7 years.) It would be great to put them in the column of "team's Stanford has a winning record against." that would be a brobdingnagian change in my college football worldview.
