What makes Curry special is he is great both with and off ball. That is very rare.

Curry is one of the all-time greats on offense, but his defense is suspect and for that reason I just can't put him on the same pedestal.

Curry has become a solid defender. He’s only 6’3. And he’s not blindingly quick.  But he’s smart. He’s gained weight so he’s tougher. Has good hands.  

He is also a darn good rebounder.

Agreed he's much-improved. But a good year doesn't make him an all-time great, and he's not on anybody's All-Defense Team.

All I'm saying is I don't put him on that pedestal with the all-time greats - yet.
