Either way, that stat line was humbling. Pritchard is the worst Cardinal starting QB I have seen in over 20 years. If Nunes' stat line is comparable to Pritchard on a consistent basis, that says all you need to know. Obviously Nunes' stats would be better with skill talent at the wide receiver positions that could get consistent separation and can catch the ball. That said, the pass blocking, by and large, against UW was superb. Nunes had time to make the throws. He was just woefully inaccurate. Take that pass to Toilolo in our last offensive play of the game. Toilolo was one-on-one with a much smaller CB and would have made that catch if it was near his vicinity. Instead the ball was overthrown and picked.
