What a great way to open the season for men's golf by winning a very loaded tournament by a whopping 12 shots!
1. Stanford -9
T2. Illinois & Florida +3
4. ASU +4
Michael Thorbjornsen also wins the individual title, which I believe is his first in college golf, and three other players finish in the top 15
1. Thorbjornsen -7
T6. Vilips -3
T9. Ng E
T12. Brown +1
If Coach Ray can find a good 5th player, this will be a team that could contend this year
Regarding options for the 5th position, I'd say Alex Yang is the most likely to play there this year but I think the 4th and 5th spots will be up for grabs based on weekly qualifying. The top 3 spots are pretty much locked in for the year, other than injuries or conflicts with professional and major amateur tournaments
