Ganne had some really painful 3 putts to let Kuehn back into the match. But she also made some pressure putts down the stretch including a 3-4 footer for par to win 17 and a 15 footer for birdie on 18 to clinch the match.
We are only in October. You want to play to peak in 7 months at regionals and then the NCAAs. But this will be the final time that Stanford and Wake Forest could face one another before NCAAs. It's a good confidence builder.
Stanford has 2 more fall tournaments. They host the Stanford Intercollegiate October 21-23 (presumably open to the public). Then they play in Hawaii at the P12 Preview Oct 31-Nov 2.
