Seay isn't the 5th, Englemann is. Seay was 3-0 in match play at nationals last year and was the low amateur at the Chevron Championship (LPGA major) as well. My guess is she's actually 3rd although might slip to 4th if Ganne continues to play this well
Seay is a returning first team All American. Assuming she returns to last season form, Englemann is our likely 5th. The only apparent contender for the spot is Caroline Strudza, who averaged 75.67 strokes in her only scored appearance this fall. (Seay is at 73.83, Englemann at 71.17.)
But there is vivid precedent for a first team All American not even making the first five in her following year: Lei Ye. A first team All American two seasons ago, she rarely played last season and hasn't played this fall.
