Almost literally, late Thornhill (ten wins in his last four seasons), Curtice, Wiggin/Elway, Teevens/Harris, late Shaw (12 wins so far in his last four seasons) are all a generation removed from one another.
Things will get better, in part because they can't really get worse (an argument I hate in life, but what's worse than a Power Five team winning four times in two years?).
