I don’t hate the punt call instead of a 57 yard field goal, which if we miss gives them a very short field on a day where our D had been playing great except the past 2 drives. 

I hate the 3 runs to burn clock that led to the 4th down. The clock was an almost non factor given ND only needed to go half the field. Throw the freakin ball, at least to give a better chance of a makable field goal. Even if you get sacked on third and long, it doesn’t effect the punt much. 

TLDR. Fine with the punt. Horrible play calling before it.
