Not on orthopedist, but Wilson’s injury sure looked like a separated shoulder.  If the couch diagnosis is correct, prognosis is highly variable:

Probably on the higher end for a wide receiver who has to make catches over his head.  We could see Wilson back for the end of the year, or his Stanford career could be over.
