It’s a little unfair to bring in the hypothetical counterfactual on the play that wasn’t overturned but not on the one that was uncalled. I’m not looking at yard lines, but I think the possession would have been at roughly the same spot in the field (opponents side of the field) so it would have been worth approximately the same amount. That subsequent events realized or negated the value of the call is neither here nor there. The point is that instead of a first down in Notre Dane territory Notre Dame hit the ball due to the bad call, and instead of Notre Dame getting a first down in our territory, we wound up keeping possession due to overturning the
