On the topic of Muir being fired, if you only look at football I can understand the sentiment.  And perhaps football is all that's important.  But Stanford fall sports in general are having phenomenal success.  Does Muir get evaluated for athletics at Stanford other than football?

Yes, cancelling 11 sports and then reinstating them is ineptitude of the highest degree.  The sailing scandal wasn't great either.

And the first loss of the Directors Cup in a generation. Then a second, I think. Yeah Muir has been great for the other programs and our overall success. . . .
