Good analogy. The frustration really is similar. Of course the more frustrating thing now is that we seem to have alternatives just languishing on the bench, whereas I think we all saw enough of the alternatives to Mitch to know we were sort of just stuck- Shiller, Dildy, Brown were not gonna hack it. I think I may have advocated just running things through Fred Washington, but maybe I'm misremembering.
