Is the moral of the story "don't be an a-hole" or "don't [get caught] using PEDs".  Or maybe, "if you get caught using PEDs, don't have been an a-hole"

Bonds and Clemens in the hall of fame would be an insult to all the guys who slogged away for years without using.  They probably would have been great enough to merit entry without using PEDs, but they used them, and were caught.
