Since the 59ers are so fond of remembering "The Play," let's compare and contrast:
Our student newspaper came up with a fantastic prank when confronted by adversity. Theirs corrects grammar.
(Of course, neither insulted article is exactly the lowest school-related publications have stooped in the rivalry: who can forget the 59er columnist last year who argued that the 59ers would never ever be good and should disband? As embarrassing as that was, that was no where near as embarrassing as the Stanford Review, which claimed during the 1-11 year that Stanford should drop kal as a rival and instead schedule...Princeton.)
