So in the case of Nottingham, you are asking for change for the sake of change merely on the premise that it's unlikely to be much worse?
In the case of Hogan, he seems to be getting more touches. So clearly the coaches aren't oblivious to what's going on. But is he ready to start? Is the rest of the offensive personnel and scheme ready for him to be the starter (or even play a significant fraction of the time)? I'd like to see more of Hogan as well but I can also see significant downside if the answer to even one of those questions is "no".
