Wow that was such a fun game to watch in person! Our team didn’t seem fazed at all by the crowd. Great game plan by coaches and execution by team. Everyone played well led by Haley and Cam. If they plan this way the rest of the season, we are absolutely a final 4 team. Who can defend Cam with the ball at the elbow with Lauren Betts sealing for a lob in the paint. No team can handle those two, it’s a total mismatch in our favor. Tara seemed pretty fired up all game. I felt like she was on the refs a lot and got up several times to discuss with them. 

This was my first time to Tucson. I’d put McKale and the city in the bottom tier of favorite Pac12 road cities and venues to visit. Obviously the fan support is great but I didn’t think the arena itself was that great. Overall glad to be here and happy our team performed and showed out on ESPN.

Former  Stanford players Erica McCall and JJ Hones were in attendance and sat in the Stanford fan section. Always nice to see former players back supporting their alma mater.

Re: McKale. I attended twos game there - our men's regional NCAA games where we beat Oklahoma and upset Wake Forest and Tim Duncan to advance to the Sweet 16. My seats were, believe it or not, next to a wall that portruded out in the upper section suich that I could only see half of the court.
