Interesting you mention Rees last year.  I would take 2011 Tommy Rees over Nunes.  Many of the stats are comparable but passing completion percentage is much, much better.

2011 Rees:  269/411 (65.5%) for 2871 yards (6.99 ypa).  20 TD, 14 INT.  133.4 Rating.
2012 Nunes: 121/230 (52.6%) for 1620 yards (7.04 ypa).  10 TD, 7 INT.  120.0 Rating.
