I've removed Stanford from my estate plans. What happened at the law school, especially the lack of any consequences for ringleader Dean Steinbach, was the last straw for me.

Without digging into the political valences of this saga, what makes you think there are a lack of consequences? FWIW, she's presently on administrative leave and the Dean's letter indicated it could not yet comment on what the ultimate resolution would be. And as a second FWIW, both of the deans involved in the YLS "traphouse" saga were reassigned to new positions in the aftermath of that scandal, which is my best guess for what will happen here. One rather soon thereafter decamped for another institution, and my guess is that Steinbach will too...
