Sometimes there is a story that reminds me of why i love baseball . Drew Maggi  got called up earlier this week by the (20-8) Pirates. It was his first trip to The Show.  After 13 years and over 1,500 games in the minors.  He got his first hit Saturday. The reaction of his teammates was fantastic.  He was sent back down after the game.  But he will always have that moment.
