I wonder whether we would have preferred to be seeded into the Morgan Hill Regionals?  I have no idea how the courses compare or suit our guys games, but I had thought we might end up there rather than Las Vegas.

Pepperdine and Stanford are very close in the rankings. It might have made more sense distance-wise for Stanford to be assigned to Morgan Hill and Pepperdine to Las Vegas. Instead, the NCAA assigned Stanford to Vegas and Pepperdine to Morgan Hill. Go figure.

Weather in Vegas will be similar to what Stanford might experience if they advance to Scottsdale. 75 degrees at the start of the day on the way up to the mid 90s. Desert golf.
