The rise of Ethan Ng this year is a very positive development, while Brown and Vilips' play has been on the disappointing side. All will need to play well to make the cut.
On a challenging course like Grayhawk, just playing par golf and keeping the big numbers down will be really important. Last year as I recall no team was under par, and the top teams were around +15 for the stroke play part. Par golf would probably get you into match play.
One last add. I look forward to the NCAA Golf Championship more than any other sports final game. I don't think there is a tougher format to get through in order to finally win the overall championship. Golf as a team game and in this format is so much fun to watch. I wonder what the rest of you think?
