[Edit (Sunday 1PM): Spreadsheet & Stanford totals (if it were defeated at the Baseball Super Regionals) corrected. Thanks to BigEasyCard for the correction.]
I separately calculated the scoring, after Texas got 1st in WT&F and Stanford got 20th.
If Texas were to beat Stanford in the Super Regionals and win the MCWS, then my calculations indicate Stanford beats Texas in the Director's Cup by scores of 1404.50 (after deducting 359 points) to 1394.50 (after deducting 43 points).
Too bad I can't attach the spreadsheet.... Here's the image of it

Both schools got 17th place in WSoccer. But Texas gets 50 points while Stanford has to drop it (so little schools like UTexas aren't disadvantaged by big schools like Stanford).
Stanford had to drop the points for a 13th place finish in Women's Cross Country while Texas was allowed points for 18th in Men's Cross Country.
But, poor UTexas has only a $200M athletic budget.
