Took a look at the play by play and box score of Colorado's other games. Hundley (who is a stud) played nearly the entire game, and Barkley (who used to be a stud) played 3 quarters of the game. Given that Hogan did his work in about 2 quarters, I would say based on the sample size of 1 opponent, he is better than an average Pac-12 quarterback. We will know more Saturday.Â
The last time I was this excited about a Stanford football game would have been last year's Oregon game.
EDIT: took a closer look. Barkley scored 6 TDs, sacked and fumbled twice. Can't tell if he was behind center on a drive where they ran the ball 3 times and punted. Hundley sacked/fumbled once, and they punted 5 times. Again the Hogan-led Stanford offense compares favorably.
