Regarding basketball, if you want to think outside the box, Canada has and is producing some excellent players, both men and women and the Canadian national U19, U21, U23 women's teams historically give our girls a tough battle.

What about expanding the PAC-12 into Vancouver, BC or Calgary, Alberta?

If we're going international, let's bring in a strong university from Mexico?

You would likely have stronger teams from those universities than Santa Clara, Boise State, etc. That would also incent international HS players in taking an interest in Stanford.
