Harbaugh's won more than 75% of his games at Michigan. He's 79-25, and loser of seven of his eight bowl games. He was 44-19-1 at the 49ers, with a 5-3 postseason record and three consecutive NFC championship games.

His record at Michigan is tainted. Anyone can win if they cheat. Harbaugh is a loser…..
During the regular season JH can see the schedule months in advance and get the "gear" his staff will need to patrol various sidelines or press boxes during the season looking for future opponent intel.
However, for the bowl games you don't know your opponent until all the pre-bowl games are finished...so there was never a chance for staffers to do their thing.
