Curious.  Does the catcher get to complete his catch attempt before the kicking team can hit him?  He bobbled it but was still trying to complete the catch.

Yes, once the fair catch is called the kicking team can't interfere with his attempt to catch it until the ball hits the ground.

The commentators don't seem to understand the rule.
