I ran across an article about a former world champion who is going to use PEDs to try to swim faster than the world record for the 50m free.

Imo, a bad idea on many levels, more for the effect it will have across society than for the individuals

Wasn't there a thread on the "enhanced games"? Don't like it at all, but, to each their own. People will watch. Up next, genetically engineered humans, if that hasn't started already. . . .
