I might quibble that the analysis gives too much weight to baseball.  Sure it's a major pro sport but outside of the College World Series it's virtually ignored at the collegiate level.

It's interesting that 2007 was objectively bad but subjectively I wouldn't have ranked it in the top 10. Football was obviously on the upswing after a terrible season and MBB made the tournament even if they lost on the first round.
