No...that would be circa 1967-69. Did the Dollies continue sporting feathers...in an uncharacteristic spit-in-the-face-of-the-administration gesture...into the 80s?

I tend to agree that this is of earlier vintage.  Hair styles are definitely late 60's, early 70's.  The bells of the toobs are pristine.  The Dollie feathers have been noted.  Is the drum major Geordie Lawry?
