FWIW, about 4.5 times more viewers on average for men's tourney games compared to women's tourney games:

 The men’s tournament as a whole improved some on the 2023 edition, averaging 9.9 million viewers (up 3 percent year-to-year) over its 67 games on CBS, TBS, TNT and TruTV. It also posted double-digit growth among adults under 35, rising 14 percent from a year ago.

The women’s tournament more than doubled its audience year to year: ESPN says full coverage of the bracket averaged 2.2 million viewers, up 121 percent from 2023. That’s the best performance for the women’s tournament since it’s been an ESPN property, dating back to 1996.
