At the risk of dissenting again: Megha Ganne belongs on any and every Heart & Soul list.  
She's a one-woman cheerleading squad.

Indeed she is.  I worry now less about other teams poaching our players, but more about some team poaching our coach.  Stanford has been a top team ever since Anne Walker arrived.  I think you can tell the schools with outstanding coaches as they are at the top of their sport every year. Players come and go, but coaches generally do not.
The competition next year for a playing slot will be significant.  The depth will be such Stanford could probably field two teams.
