Landing in Chicago last week I flew over NU/Evanston, and the stadium site is a big hole in the ground. So that project is actively in progress. It is also my perception that NU does have slightly and meaningfully lower admission requirements for athletes than LSJU. I do follow NU fairly actively given I have a grad degree from there and my oldest kid went there for undergrad
