The increase announced Tuesday morning in an email to season-ticket holders notes a new 10% talent fee for all invoices to “help fund the proposed revenue share” for athletes and help Tennessee attract and keep the best talent. If the library at Tennessee is short of funds I guess they could charge to check out a book, with the fee being based upon the number of pages and number of pictures (pictures will have a higher rate).
