In the past, fining a player seemed wrong, unless it went to the civil or criminal courts.

Now, if the NCAA says schools must pay players, then the schools should be required to fine players.   NIL sponsors may want to look at the fine print of their agreements and withhold money.

Unless someone here thinks brawling increases the value of their NIL....
