I wonder if the NCAA will levy suspensions on players and coaches. They should IMO.
Now, if the NCAA says schools must pay players, then the schools should be required to fine players. NIL sponsors may want to look at the fine print of their agreements and withhold money.
Unless someone here thinks brawling increases the value of their NIL....
I do not be believe a player has ever been fined for actions during or after a game. This could change in the future but I think enforcement would require some kind of legal agreement.
A collective bargaining agreement is the best solution to most of the issues that are on the horizon. The sooner, the better.
