University of Kentucky turned it's athletic department into an LLC. They don't have to bother with collective NIL, instead cash from donors goes to LLC and straight into the athletes pockets. 

Also with the LLC being a separate entity from the university the athletes may not have to bother with classes. I don't think this will hold up with NCAA.
