So far it seems the other Universities that may run into problems similar to the ones Harvard currently faces are keeping a low profile. They are hoping Harvard will be "one off" event. Of course, they also privately hope that Harvard can successfully oppose this action by the HHS through the courts. If not, the way ahead for foreign students in the US is probably very bleak.
