As I’ve said, in this environment, if the worst comes to pass and the University is looking at a severe shortfall, the subsidy it passes to the Athletics Department may be a tempting target.

USA Today asked a bunch of college administrators if they share your concerns about athletics funding being in jeopardy and essentially got no answers.
