Every school has to live within the $20M cap. No school is going to allocate $10M to one player. The $10M deal would have to come from a 3rd party from Nike or a similar company promoting its brand and most of these companies are subject to the discipline of the public markets. An NIL collective is going to have a hard time justifying an outsize deal because what do they get in return for the money.
