Definitely something the quarterbacking staff need to think about applying to the players.  Failing to hold players accountable is a good way to lose the locker room.

Along those lines, the 49ers just waived kicker Jake Moody after to missed field goals in three tries. He was the former consensus second-team All American placekicker at Michigan and third round selection by the 49ers.

I always wanted the Niners to offer Josh Karty a contract after his junior year instead of drafting Moody.
