Change QBs, focus on running the ball with Ford. That's all I want to see in the BC game. I think the defense should be fine if they get reasonable rest, and I think a hard ground game will pay off late game as it did with Hawai'i.
There are numerous ways to run the ball, and I don't see why we can't be clever with blocking and misdirection. If you're stumped for ideas, you can go look up a generic Madden playbook for ideas. Add a fullback, start the QB taking snaps under center. If you want to recruit OL, commit to running the ball in this way, and OL will take Stanford seriously just as they did under JH.
